day nine: two movies you absolutely love
Best girl friends

I just want to share a picture of me and my best girl friends in college. This is our last season. And yes, we're looking forward to that special day of receiving our diplomas but we're more excited ( also scared) on the fact that "real world" is already in front of us.
I really wanted to include more girl friends but I think they are the best of the best. They are the ones who i can call on 3 am who will curse me because I woke them up but still they will listen. They are the ones who always pissed me off because of the petty fights but I would always realize that I love them more than I hate them. Really, I can't put through words how much I love them. :)
:) Maybe God really blessed the broken road on my way to them.
I hope to make awesome episodes with you on our last season. :) I love you dearest. :)

day five: six of your favourite books
Look. I know what I believe. It's in my soul. But I constantly tell our people: you sould be convinced of the authenticity of what you have, but you must also be humble enough to say that we don't know everything. And since we don't know everything, we must accept that another person may believe something else."
"Our story has three parts: a beginning, a middle, and an end. And although this is the way all stories unfold, I still can't believe that ours didn't go on forever."
"Me quota ang pag-ibig. Sa bawat limang umiibig ay isa lang ang magiging maligaya. Kasama ka ba sa quota?"
"You don’t forget the face of the person who was your last hope." -Katniss"I always channel my emotions into my work. That way, I don't hurt anyone but myself." -Cinna :((
"Death exists, not as the opposite but as a part of life." -H. Murakami

day four: seven people who inspire you, and why?
7. My father, Mr. Reynaldo B. Andaya, working outside the country for his family's future. That's what my Papa does. My Papa's story might be an ordinary story but for me this is a special story that I would remember for the rest of my life. Papa came from a poor family in Bataan. Lolo is a farmer while my Lola is a plain housewife. My Papa is the 3rd child from the eight siblings. Being one of the oldest, he learned to work in an early age. He works on their farm early morning then proceed to school after he handed all his earnings to Lola. He even told me that he experienced self pity wherein his baon is just tuyo (dried fish)and rice wrapped in a banana leaf while his classmates have adobo, fried chicken etc. Someone even exchanged baon with Papa because he wanted to taste the tuyo. Papa didn't finish technical school to go to Saudi Arabia so that he could earn more money for his family.
That's where he met his true love. :) And yes, that's my Mama. :)
Papa is a man who has a vision of giving a good education for his children. He promised his self that he should be able to let his children finish their studies. If you could just see the smile on his face when he attended Kuya's graduation. Its the best smile I have ever seen.
He wanted us to dream higher and be a better person. He is a very loving husband. Everytime my Mama gets angry he just smiles. He calls more than three times a day to Mama *sweetest*. Whenever I tell him my impossible dreams, he would just smile and say "Maabot mo din yan mag-aral ka lang mabuti." Whenever i turn to him in times that my world is falling apart, when I feel insecure or anything he would say " Kaya mo 'yan, ikaw pa." These words can be said by anyone but when it came from my father I know it is very sincere. And another plus for Papa, HE KNOWS ABOUT VAMPIRE DIARIES before i even watch it. haha! COOOOOLLLLEEESSSTTT FATHER EVER! I love you Papa, so much as well as Mama.
Mr. Reynaldo Andaya, you inspire me a lot. :)

day three: eight places you want to visit
2. Amanpulo, Palawan Philippines - too expensive but almost heaven. Whenever I browse pictures of the luxurious beach, it inspires me a lot to strive harder. Whenever I see pictures, it was like the sky and the sea always meet. I always read articles that many famous personalities go to this place to relax... rawr. Me wants to be there too. :))
3. Camiguin - my bestfriend and I dream to have a vacation here. We love the beach! :) Maybe we'll try a remote island.
4. Macau - I'd be very honest, the Koreanovela Boys over flowers really influenced my love for Macau. I want witness the beautiful lightning at night. I want to see the country's beautiful landscape. The Las Vegas like ambiance is a big plus. And I remember Jandi Had a Gondola ride while the man is singing Perhaps Love. aaawww. I also want to ride the gondola...
5. Barcelona Spain - I think I have a thing for cities. :)) Aside from their hot football players :) I like to see different churches and meet Spanish locals.
6. Camarines Sur - I really want to try the famous water sports! LOVE LOVE WATER!
7. Australia - I'm not very familiar with the country but I really want to see a Koala Bear, for real! :)
8. New York, USA - it was last because I think I don't want to visit New York but I want to live/work there. I want to see myself walking in Timesquare. Just killing time in Central Park. I'm a dreamer, that's why. I even included a "ticket to New York" in my wishlist during my 18th birthday. :))
And I also wanted to go to Santorini, Greece :) I want to experience their culture, their life, the beach, meet the people and everything about Greece.
If the title doesn't say 8 places I would have listed all the places I want to go to. :) Like, Israel, ITALY!, South Africa, and many more

day two: nine things you can’t live without
Friday, October 29, 2010
day one: ten things you wanted to be when you were younger
1. Doctor - who doesn't? when i was a little kid, I thought that there are only two choices, do you want to be a lawyer or a doctor? so i also said that famous line "because i want to cure the sick." :)
2. Babysitter - i love cute babies & little kids so much. (but when i found out that many kids today are naughty and hardheaded, no way!) :)
3. tutor/teacher - i love to study and share what i learn to others (before). I remember that I always hold a ruler and a pencil and pretend that i have an imaginary student. :)
4. famous ballerina - i had my ballet lessons when i was in 1st grade. I enjoyed it so much but I just learned the half split because i can't do the full one. Fat kid me. :) But, now its one of my frustrations, if i continued my lessons maybe i can still sit up straight and be poised and have beautiful legs. :)
5. poet -i love to read poems back then.. hmm. until now but i know that my poems are just for me. just personal purposes. :)
6. host - honestly, i was a shy kid back then. But, there's something in me whenever i watch woman who holds a microphone and talk all the way w/ so much confidence. (I still dream to be one!)
7. swimmer - when we had our swimming lessons, i knew from the start that I want to swim swim swim, but it ended up with "i know how to swim :)" I know freestyle and backstroke. Just the basics! :)
8. Be a nurse - because my mom's a nurse. I thought that i had convinced myself to be like my mom but, science and me cannot love each other. Swear! I'm just glad that my family is very open - minded about this. They let me choose what course I really wanted, and now I'm in a happy place.
9. EIC of a newspaper - i thought that it was the coolest, awesome, fabulous job in the universe. But, now that I'm a part of our college paper, i tried to scratch that dream. Being an EIC requires full responsibility about everything from smallest to largest details. so no way, i'd rather be a writer on a lifestyle section. or I want to be an EIC of a magazine, I can handle feature articles but not news, please?! :)
10. Journalist, Reporter, Writer, Correspondent - anything that would require writing, current events, social awareness, traveling, etc. that's my dream. That's what I picture out in my mind whenever I will go to sleep. And yes, I'm in a happy place. I know there are times that i get frustrated about what I'm doing but I know practice makes perfect. :)
You? what do you wanted to be when you were younger?
