#8 Inspire: SWIM!

waaah! I forgot to post thiiis ONE! anyway, just keep swimming! :)

Hunger Games with Mama and some of her firsts!

She's the one who volunteered! She said "Take a picture of me with THG in the background!"

She's a faaan. Honestly, Mama finished the trilogy before I even start Hunger Games. When I let her watch the trailer, she said "When you watch it, I will come with you, ha!" (because she knows we'll watch it with friends!) My kuya decided to reserve tickets for Sunday but I watched it with friends last Wednesday.

So, today is Family Day. Sooo happy to watch THG the second time. I know there are some details in the book that is not included in the movie but, I don't mind. The movie is good too. And a BOOK is a BOOK, a movie is a movie.
What's more important is Mama loved it too. She usually gets disappointed whenever she watch a movie version of a book that she reads but in THG, she enjoyed it. Haha She is so kilig with Peeta and Katniss. haha and she really remembers Rue. hahaha.

Pepper Luuunch hehe.

killing time before the movie starts.

She loved Wintermelon Milk Tea and disliked Okinawa MT. hahaha

Hope to have more moments like this and I hope next time with Papa when he comes home. :)

Advance Screening for Hunger Games!!!!

Yes! We watched Hunger Games last night at SM Manila (All SM Cinemas has an advance screening of THG!!!). Actually, SM's cinemas are not my favorite when it comes to watching movies BUT! They had an advance screening! 1 day advance worldwide!!! Of course, we grabbed the chance. After work, we went straight to SM, good thing some of our College friends joined the fuuuun! Aww. I miss everyone, it's just that we didn't took any pictures because we're to busy talking after the movie.

Hmmmm? My thoughts about the movie. I loooooove eettt!! Though, I find the cave scene happened too fast! Of course, I love Rue but I cried harder in the book. I love the part where Seneca Crane.... I like Haymitch in the book but I don't know -- I like him more in the movie. Oh! wait, maybe I should have another post for this. No spoilers.. And I'll stop comparing the book and the movie, I love it both! :)

Anyway, I can't wait to watch it again this Sunday --this time, with my brother and Mama. Mama's so funny, she asked me what happened in the movie (yes! she's also a fan of the book) then I'm telling her everything until she said, okay stop... I'll just watch the rest on Sunday! hahahaha! Exciteeed! :)

Though, I was able to watch the advance screening, I still envy everyone who attended the premiere night in UK, US etc. Ugh! Anyway, Happy Hunger Games EVERYONE!!!! :)

Ugh, her dress!

bareback, gorgeous!

#7 Inspire: It's going to be worth it

When God answered my prayer, I know that He would tell me this. It will never be easy but I will grow and learn until I say to myself that it is worth it.

I don't want to over share things but I am thinking that someday, someone's going to read this entry when he/she is really down, losing hope and on the verge of giving up... So I'm taking the chance..

Few months back I was at the lowest point of my life. I feel stupid, worthless and everything in between. I always say I can wait for the right job to come along but I have to admit... Every rejection hurts. I was very positive when I was started applying to different companies but sometimes life will kick you and push you to your limits.

After many pending applications and the interviewer says, "We will just call you blah blah blah blah.' I know I failed or I am not good enough. I was tempted to shift to another field, I even passed in a first interview, I just did not pursue it...

Then, this job arrived (arrived talaga?!) I am very thankful to God and now I can say that I am officially a member of TGIF (Thank God It's Friday) club. Goodbye to bum days and hello to super busy days.

I am not complaining, I am very thankful for this gift. It is so tiring to wake up very early in the morning to go to work but I am happy in what I am doing.

This is just God's way of saying.. "It's not going to be easy but IT IS GOING TO BE WORTH IT."

Thank you.

Read. Write. Inspire. as how you Live. Love. Laugh.

The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore (2011)

Amazing.

#6 Inspire: Actions

I believe that sometimes, actions speak louder than words. :)

For the love of Hunger Games -- AGAIN

Last weekend (Saturday to be exact!), I went to SuperSale Bazaar at World Trade Center with my bestfriend Trixie. I don't have plans to buy some stuff because I don't have a budget. Still, I told Trixie that I will just let go (haha!) of my money when I find something very unique and vintage-y. I found stalls that sell plus size clothes but I moved on to other stalls. I saw a cute new pair of sneakers (from the maker of Toms shoes) but I didn't have enough money.... then I stumbled (not literally) on Junk Studio's stall. At first, I only saw her collection of tanzan rings (sooo cute! I really want to buy everything!)

I did not notice the book lockets when I first drop by the stall (sorry na sa singkit!! haha). The second time around (LOL!), I saw these!!!!!!!

Many favorite books but too bad I don't have a budget so I chose my most favorite as of the moment...
THE HUNGER GAMES of course!

Yes, that's Trixie smiling for the cam. And I think the girl on the right side is Nikki (you're awesooome!) the owner of Junk Studio, she's fixing my locket for me (Yey!)

Ugh! I want mooore! Good thing it has an online shop! Yehey!

After I purchased the book locket, I accidentally (HAHAHA!) bought two vintage-y rings, I just forgot the name of the store! Okay... no money at all!!! haha ktnxbye.

See you on the next Supersale Bazaar!
