Chuck Bass.
I love the guys because they're the most mature people in the series but we have to admit that over the three seasons, Chuck Bass has been a better Chuck Bass. I hate him on Season 1 but I adore his value of friendship. Even if he's a coward he can still be a good bestfriend (sometimes!) haha. And the sweetest boyfriend Blair can have. :))
Come on! who's not touched when he said he was in Paris to get your favorite macaroons and creme brole, in Germany to get your fall stockings (or something like that).
